1. Pick N Mix Chocolate and Sweetie Cake

This bright and cheerful sweetie cake is sprinkled with a selection of our 1kg jelly pick n mix bag and not only looks spectacular but is easy to make.

Once you have baked a simple chocolate cake, wrap chocolate fingers around the outer edge of the cake and add your topping of pick n mix sweets. A combination of our cola bottles, eggs, and jelly sharks make the perfect celebration cake. 

1. Pick N Mix Piñata Cake

Bake an easy vanilla sponge cake and after it has cooled cut a medium-sized hole in two of the sponges and set it aside. Ice the bottom tier of the cake, then stack the two with holes in them, making sure each layer is well iced. Add your desired pick n mix until full, then add the top layer. Ice the rest of the cake and cover in sprinkles. Once you have that complete, you will be able to show off your fancy Pick n Mix Piñata Cake to your friends. 

1. Pick N Mix Cupcakes 

Perfect for those who love sweets and something a little bit different. Bake golden cupcakes with swirling vanilla buttercream. After cooling, top them with a selection of your favourite pick n mix sweets. Why not make the toppings sweet and sour with our fizzy bubblegum bottles, fizzy apple rings, and jelly lips. Ideal for the ultimate kids birthday party or a fun twist on an afternoon tea party. 

1. Pick N Mix Petit Fours

This is a great nostalgic twist on Fondant Fancies with your favourite pick n mix sweets. Using the ingredients to bake a Victoria sponge cake, pour the mixture into a baking lined tray and place it in the oven. Once baked and cooled, cut the top of the cake with a sharp knife to make it even. Spread a thin layer of raspberry jam and buttercream and place the top half of the cake on top. Apply a smooth layer of buttercream all over the cake and pop it back in the fridge to set. Cut the cake into 35-40 even squares using a sharp knife and pour the icing over each cake. Use a skewer to move the icing around to help cover each side of the cake. Decorate with pick n mix jelly hearts, eggs, and lips. Leave to set and then enjoy!

1. Pick N Mix Sweet Lollies

These lollies are simple to make, and the kids will adore you for something a bit different as a treat. First, take your ice pop moulds and fill them with a selection of pick n mix. We recommend some of our smaller sweets like jelly eggs and lips. Fill the moulds to the top with lemonade or juice, whichever you prefer then push the sticks in. Pop into the freezer and allow up to 5 hours of the ice lollies to set before removing them from the mould tray and serving.
